Cisco 7985G/'Play/Send Video - via XML Services?

I have a client that wants some custom video for the 7985G - I don't know of any XML service to send video...is there an additional services to send video to these phones?
Any suggestions would be appreciated...

Sorry for delayed response, CUAE cannot push video files to Phones since CUAE media server only supports Audio codecs.
