CCM 4.3(2) and CUAE Firewall Problems

Right now we have a CTI Route Pointe configured in CCM, and we are trying to get it registered in CUAE. It always comes back as "Registration type: False". We have triple check the username and password, we opened the port that we think should be (the port list doesn't show anything for CCM 4.3). The trace on the network shows CCM TCP retrys. Any thoughs on how to get the communications up and running? Thanks! Tim
