Hi Nabhonil,
I actually figured out what the problem was by putting a sniffer on the server. The CUAE server had two NICs installed, NIC1 being the one configured for the network. NIC2 wasn't configured but plugged in. It seems that CUAE uses the 2nd NIC when trying to send SIP information. I had to disable the 2nd NIC, restart the server, and then everything started running, and RTP traffic was being send to the CUAE server.
Thanks
Tim
Hi Tim,
What is the version of CUAE and CUCM you are using? I would like to try out the scenario over here.
Thanks
Nabhonil.
Hi,
I am getting empty files when i am trying to record a call using the Built in Bridge. There is a file length, and no apparent erros on the CUAE side, just an empty audio file. Any help would be greatly appreaciated!!!
Thanks
Tim
