CUAE and Nuance TTS

We do speak French or Dutch. Could you confirm that the Media Engine can now work with Nuance? Or is there a work around, like sending directly webservice request from Application developped with Application designer to another TTS server? Knowing that Nuance integration would be the one we prefer the most. Thanks for your quick response.
