Hello everybody,
 
I am looking for a AXL/SOAP or XML solution concerning the ability to alert an agent under some conditions.
 
Under 'some conditions' I'd like to light the MWI and push a text in the display of a 796x phone to replace the message 'Available Options'. The conditions are not very relevant at the moment...
 
 
Is this possible?
Where do I have to look?
Anybody did this before?
 
If XML methods are not sufficient, which other ways are available?
 
Any help will be appreciated!
