There are several ways to get help and open bugs against the Cisco Unfied Application Environment. Which method you choose depends upon your specific needs.

When the mailing-list is not enough, another option is to open a bug in this portal's Issue Tracker. Both bugs and enhancment requests may be opened in the Issue Tracker.

If you have a production related issue, or if you are an ISV/Partner on a schedule. Your best option may be to engage the services of Cisco Developer Support and Cisco TAC.

For customers with a service contract who have issues in a production deployment. Your best option is to contact Cisco TAC.
