SimpleJtapiPhoneMonitor

About the Application#

This application monitors a phone using a Jtapi connection and displays a message in the console for all Jtapi events.

Environment Setup#

This application assumes that you have a Unified Communications development environment configured according to the description on the following page: 3.4 Examples - Reference Environment. It also requires that you create a Monitored Device Pool in cuaeadmin console. Specify a Call Manager Admin User's credentials for this pool. Thsi aAdmin User need to have group permissions to control all devices and CTI Enabled privilage. You would need to add your test phone under this Monitored Device Pool. This enables this device to be monitored for JTapi events.
