CUAE 2.5(1) SR2
Cisco Unified Application Environment release 2.5(1) SR2 features the following enhancements:
- New events and a new action were added to the JTAPI 3rd-party API to provide address change notifications.
- JTAPI support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1 and 4.3

Public Files #

Developer Tools installer. API Reference documentation and etch IDL for Cisco Unified Application Environment. Install on the developer's computer.
Contains common services. Install first on machines that will run Application Server and/or Media Engine.
Application Server installer. Install Platform Services first.
Media Engine installer. Install Platform Services first.
Legacy Backup Tools. Tools for migration of pre-2.3 versions of CUAE.
Messaging Plugin. Communicates with Cisco Unity or Cisco Unity Connection servers or a cluster of servers and allows developers to call functions that support reading and sending voicemail.
Messaging Plugin Developer Tools. API Reference documentation and etch IDL for the Messaging Plugin. Install on the developer's computer.
Contract-Only Files #
Click the link below to access the Core Addendum installer, which installs all of the 3rd-party software dependencies of the Cisco Unified Application Environment onto a Cisco MCS server running Microsoft Windows 2003.
CUAE Core Addendum Installer. Install Core Addendum before installing Platform Services.
Important Note: Neither of the Core Addendum installers are free downloads. They are restricted to customers who hold a support contract for Cisco Unified Application Environment. Users who do not have a paid support contract for Unified Application Environment can freely download the required software packages and the instructions for downloading and installing each dependency from the wiki: Developer Kit Prerequisites
