I used Cisco Unity Connection 8.6.1 and want to change voice follow any greeting(eg. standard,busy,holiday greeting) How to change it?
 
[Explain step by step]
Step1. Mike call to Jack
Step2. Jack isn't unavailable, Mike hear standard greeting.
Step3. Unity System tell Mike "Record voice msg when you are finish.. press # "
Step4. Mike record his msg to voicemail.... and press # to finish and press # again to send a msg.
 
Can I change voice in Step3? and How to record new voice?
