It would be possible for an application to compile similar information via accessing UC Manager Call Detail Records, or by monitoring call events in real time via CTI (TAPI or JTAPI), however either would be a significant undertaking and have various caveats.</summary>

I'm not sure whether this is the right forum to post this question. I'm just wondering wherher CISCO has provisioned any SOAP/REST APIs to access call logs (dailed, received, missed) from Call manager. If so, pls point me to wiki page or docs.
