Sujin Jebakar | Dear All, We are setting up Unified Presence 7.0 to retrieve real-time statuses from IP phones (Cisco 7941). It has now been integrated with Call Manager 7.0, we are able to get busy status when the device is on off-hook state. However when the device is on "available state", it is showing the deveice is "unavailable". NOTE: We are monitoring status through Presence Viewer after logging presence user as End user through "Presence Server User Options" Could you please advise me if I need to do anything more to get device available status?
