Dear All,
 
I am very new to Cisco technology. We have a requirement to integrate Unified Presence 7.0 with Communications manager 7.0. We somehow managed to integrate both servers but don't have clue how to test the following.
 
1) Wheter Presence / CUCM integration is successful?
2) If yes, how to test presence stats of a IP phone?
 
Unfortunately we don't have license for Personal Communicator, so we are unable to test it through CUPC.
 
Could you please suggest if there is anyother way of testing it?

You can verify it from the admin pages of your presence server.
 
Log in to the admin page.
Click on User Management -> End user
 
Select your user.
On the top of the page it will normally display "Unavailable (from perspective of user xxxxx)"
 
This doesn't really say anything, besides that the user currently is not logged in with a CuPC client and the user is not on the phone.
If you lift that users phone, and press on submit it should display
Busy (from perspective of user xxxxxx)
