I hope this is the right place for this question. I am looking to create a display for all calls that have been directed call park'd. I would like to have UCM update this data for me (CTI PORT?). It would be a live display showing all calls in Directed Call Park. It would act like the Attendant Console where AC shows calls that have been Parked. Unfortunately AC does not show calls that have been Direct Call Park'd so I cannot use that program.
