Nothing is available on CUP SOAP. Investigate the AXL interface on CUCM - there may be something that can be leveraged.

    <summary type="html">Hi Team,

I’ve a partner asking following query. I would appreciate your help in answering it, thanks.

Partner Query : We have to integrate a CRM system &amp; the only connector is SOAP-CALL. How can CUCM/CUPS be connected with this interface to have a call reverse lookup (Name presenting) in the UC Phones?

The aim is that the "Calling party" from incoming calls will be looked-up in an external CRM Database via a SOAP-Call interface protocol.

Thanks
