Do you mean an outbound request from CUCM or CUP to the CRM database when a Call arrives? Even so, CUP isnt involved in here. If its outbound, I doubt CUCM will have anything.   Jose

Hi Gajnan, Nothing is available on CUP SOAP. Investigate the AXL interface on CUCM - there may be something that can be leveraged.   Jose
