Spelling - SayItSmart Plugin in CVP 4.1

I am using a spelling SayitSmartt plugin to play or read back alphanumeric characters. I deployed the class in my deploy folder. The plugin showed up in the say it smart drop down list when i refresh the callflow, however when I dial into the application the call drops it does not speak back the data i set in the data field for the say it smart plugin. an anyone tell me how to debug this type of issue?

you don't mention any logging, so that's always the first place to look. Check call_log files under C:\Cisco\CVP\VXMLServer\logs to see that your application was triggered, if you have any doubt. Then check the application logs themselves under:
C:\Cisco\CVP\VXMLServer\applications\<app name>\logs, especially the Activity and Error logging.
