Overwriting ANI with customer entered digits on transfer from CVP to agent

Hi Steve,

Not sure if you're still having this issue. I've used the override_cli in our lab here with a 4.1 system and it seems to behave as expected where the Calling line ID is overridden when this ECC var is populated before the transfer is done.

The call flow I tried is call coming to CVP, getting a prompt and then getting transferred to an IPCC agent. On the agent phone/desktop I see the ANI getting overridden with what I put in the ECC var. I tried both H.323 and SIP calls thru CVP.

Can you send more info such as ICM script screen shots, CVP logs etc.. if the issue is still happening and we can take a look.

Subject: Overwriting ANI with customer entered digits on transfer from CVP to agent

All,

I have a customer who is needs to present customer entered digits (an account number) to an agent as part of a transfer from CVP.
In their legacy IVR environment the ANI field is replaced by the required digits before the call is transferred. They are looking for the same
behavior from CVP.

We have tried the following:

call.user.microapp.override_cli ECCvariable (with no success.) any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The customer is currently running CVP 4.1 and ICM 7

Thanks,

Steve
