We are starting our Nuance Quantum (version 9.x) ASR integration projects and I was wondering whether there is a separate gateway adapter for the Voice Genie & Quantum ASR environment.

Hi Gerry,

There is a VoiceGenie OSR 3 gateway adapter. As far as I know, OSR 3 is "merged" with Nuance 9 which means the adapter should work.

Please note that only the combination specified by the adapter is supported. For this adapter, it's VG 7 and OSR 3.
