If I'm using the CVP Studio Transfer element in standalone and doing a bridge transfer when I exit down the done path, is the duration of the bridge stored into element data? I know the duration is a shadow variable, but I don't see anything about it in the Element Specs ref manual.

Also, in the Transfer element, I see the 'aai' setting. Does the Cisco Voice Gateway actually support sending aai? When/how would that be sent? Can you give me any example?

Also, if doing a bridge transfer, is there any way to disable the Session Timeout in CVP Studio to allow for the amount of time in the bridge?

Hi Janine,

Yes you are correct, bridge transfer element has just one element data "result", the value in here is voice broser dependent. With cisco voice browsers the result stores the outcome of the transfer i.e near_end_disconnect,far_end_disconnect,network_disconnect, busy,network_busy,noanswer.

Will revert to you on aai later.

You can set the sessionTimeout(by default it is set to 30minutes) using 'setSessionTimeout' to a very large number or a value equal to the maxtime of the transfer element before the transfer goes out and once the call gets back to the interpreter, you can reset the sessionTimeout to a nominal value.
