Hi,
I'm teaching CVPD this week and I would like to tell students where to go for support on the Studio/Server tools.

Can you tell me:
--what would you like me to tell students to do when they have trouble? Go to the KB? Go to General Discussion site? Contact TAC first?

Also:
who has ability to read the KB? (and what's the URL for it).
who can post questions on the KB?
What about reading/posting to the General Discussion Forum?

In the past, I've told everyone to use these sites, only to be told that not everyone has access.
