Hi,

I've downloaded the documentation for CVP4, but where do I find the javadocs? Also, I still don't have the installer for the CVP4 Vxml Server. My ftp site wasn't large enough for Erin to upload it, and it wasn't on the CD that Cisco sent me.

Can you help with this?

Hi Janine,

Once you install VXML Server you can find the Javadocs in the CVP_HOME/docs folder. In regards to the VXML Server installer for 4.0(1), you can get that from the Cisco download site.

Choose "Contact Center Software", then "Cisco Unified Voice Self-Service Products" (from the tree), then "Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal", then "Cisco Customer Voice Portal Software Releases", and finally "4.0.01_SR01".

If you cannot download the software from that site for some reason, please provide an alternate means for Erin to provide you the software.
