Hi,

when I put in the CD to install cvp 4 studio/server, it gets as far as the install page (I agree to the license, hit next, it asks what Dir to install into, I leave the default and press NEXT) and then it never progresses.

I've waited 15 minutes, but nothing. It looks like it's using a lot of CPU, but shouldn't I see some progress indicator? Or when I finally Kill it with Task Manager, shouldn't I see some indication that it was installing files somewhwere?

Could there be a problem due to other JVMs on there?

HELP.

Janine,

Former Audium team was not involved in creating CVP 4.0 installer, hence we cannot provide any feedback about possible issues related to the installer.

Please contact Cisco TAC in regards to this issue.
