Vague CVP ERROR: "SERVER ERROR: An error has occurred."

Using CVP 3.1....   I receive this error in the error_log for my application.  It is the only written indication I get that something is wrong.  I cannot find any other information to help me resolve the issue.  The call drops.  I have 4 servers with the same exact app on it.   Only 2 of the servers receive this error.   Is there any way to get more verbose error logs?  I am on a live system with A TON of traffic, so I am very limited as to how much logging I can enable.  However, any suggestions would help.
