Jeff Smith | Problem Details: We have CVP 3.2 and I have a new request from a customer and Im not sure if its possible to do. Situation is this.
Customer calls in with a temp account number...but keys it in wrong 3 times giving a failure...we want to be able to pull a new or generate a new account number in TS2 and push to an ecc varible or key it into a call variable and send the back the ivr or audium. Is this possible?
Any help would be great. |
