<summary type="html">On June 30, 2006, Cisco Systems, Inc. of San Jose, California
officially acquired Audium. We've spent the past few months doing a
lot of behind-the-scenes work so that you, the Audium community
member, have had the least disruption possible in your ongoing
interactions with Audium and the greater Audium community.

Over the next weeks and months, we'll begin to integrate Audium
support processes with Cisco's. Nothing is happening just yet, but
we wanted to give you early notice.

Here's some quick Q&amp;#38;A:

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
A: The best thing you can do to get ready for any changes is to get
a cisco.com ID.

Q: HOW DO I GET A CISCO ID?
A: Visit www.cisco.com and click on "Register" in the top right
hand corner.

Q: WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A CISCO.COM ID?
A: There is no need to do anything further at this time.

Q: WHY DO I NEED A CISCO ID?
A: It's your future key to tech support and discussion forums.

Everything we do going forward will be tied to your Cisco ID, so go
ahead and get one. It will also make any emergency tech support
phone calls faster, starting now!

Q: IS ANYTHING CHANGING NOW?
A: No, no major changes are coming right now. It's business as
usual at Cisco as it was with Audium. But, in the next few weeks, please monitor your e-mail box for announcements that might affect you or your team.

We want your experience as a customer, partner, prospect, or
community member to be great, so please feel free to login and post
any questions or suggestions in our new Cisco Transition forum area.

Regards,

Cory Wright, Former Audium Chief Operating Officer
