Unified IC 7.5.2 Templates for generating call-related reports against Unified CVP 7.0.2 Reporting has been added to the Downloads section of Cisco Developer Community Forums. Unified IC generates call-related reports against the Unified CVP Reporting
database using pre-defined templates and allows a graphic view of reports with
charts, gauges, filters, formatting, drilldowns, thresholds, etc.
 
Unified CVP 8.0 will support Unified IC, however, to better understand field requirements, Unified IC templates have been initiated with Unified CVP 7.0.2 data.

NOTE: These templates are not officially supported through the Cisco support channels; therefore, all questions pertaining to them should be posted on the forum and NOT be directed to Cisco TAC. All questions should be posted on Unified CVP Developer Community Forum

Ankur, in the templates for the reports you posted, it's not clear whether or not CUIS (Unified IC?) can report at the 'element' level of the applications (# times went thru menu1, menu2, etc) - and if so, can it combine HDS logs and the Reporting Server logs? Are there templates for how to do that included on the Forum?

Currently there is no support for reporting on a combination of HDS and Reporting Server databases. The templates are purely based on the VXML application data, not microapp data.

That said, check the CVP 7.0(2) Reporting Guide - there is a section that speaks to how you might create a report that pulls data from both the CVP Reporting Server database and the ICM/HDS database.  Set up correctly, there are database IDs that should link the two...
