I have a customer that will be using just microapps for prompt+collect/queue/transfer, they don't plan to build anything within studio.
Is it a requirement that the callservers get a port license or is a studio license even required? I haven't run into a pure microapp enviroment before and I really could provide them a good answer.

thanks

Hi,

In a pure micro-app environment you do not need port licenses for a VXML
Server or Studio licenses. This is assuming you are not using
micro-apps to launch a VXML Applications.
