Cisco CVP to Avaya CM

Hi,
        My requirement is Cisco CVP can able to transfer call to Avaya CM. If possile then, what are the cisco components(Cisco Call Manager. ICM) are needed?
 
If call is landed in CVP, how to send or receive data from or to the third party application. So CVP should send all the data to AVAYA CM.
 
Please clarify this. I am totally new to CVP.

Once CVP gets the label of the Agent to connect with the caller, it will send the call to a SIP proxy or with locally configured route destinations according to its dial plan, which could include 3rd party SIP gateway destinations.  Of course, the solution is only quality tested and officially supported with the endpoints that appear on our BOM document.
