Handoff TCL error message

Hi guys
 
I have some error messages on CVP gateways like this:
 
000169: *Sep 15
09:28:28.046: %IVR-3-APP_ERR:

**** CVP HANDOFF.TCL: E2499FF8.A10E11DE.9FD68994.B8AFE5CC abnormally
disconnected

with code 38. ****





000170: Oct 15 09:44:02.074: %IVR-3-APP_ERR:

**** CVP HANDOFF.TCL: AFFD9E3C.B8A511DE.818C8994.B8AFE5CC abnormally
disconnected

with code 38. ****
 
In my eyes the Handoff.tcl is only jumping in if a call should be disconnected. So maybe this are abandoned calls. 
 
Any ideas?

Hi Frank,
This is an indication that the call was abnormally terminated in the system and that survivability just kicked in to transfer the call.  You should look for that CallID in the CVP Call Server logs to see where the call was terminated.
