Transfer Connect from CVP to an External Contact Center with data

 I m trying to transfer a call from CVP(4.1) to a call center outside the UCCE. I need to tag data along with this transfer.
Does anyone have a similar configuration ? My outbound PSTN trunks are enabled with PRI & receiver is also programmed to expect data. So what exactly are the steps I need to ensure within CVP environment to send the call & data.

Is the external contact center PG enabled?

This contact center uses Avaya IC. They have a mechanism to track the call. The trouble I m having is how to tag the data from the ICM script & have the gateway forward this to the destination.Do I just use a label with the trasfer number & data.
If so how to configure my gateway to distinguish the data from the actual transfer number? 

The best way is to add a PG to Awaya ACD and transfer-route the call to Awaya ACD, In this scenario, ICM would retain all the call data for the call.
