CVP Integration with Nuance Speech Server and Arabic Grammer

Dear All,
 
we are developing one application to identify both English and Arabic Grammer.
For English Grammer the speech server is identifiying the input properly and it returns value and confidence factor also.
when we tested with Arabic Grammer it is not identifying user input.
if any body have idea about handling multi language please suggest me.
My Doubt is any Settings /Configurations are required in Call Studio , VXML Server, Nuance Speech Server and Voice Gateway???

Janinee you are correct.
I already selected encoding to UTF-8 option in General Settings.
