Hi,

we are developing one applicaiton for Airport Enquiry System.

The user can enter flight number using any mobile/landline phones.

we have Standard notation for Flight Number say for example AIR123/JET251/QAR987.

there are total 6 alphabets first three are letters and next three are numbers(It is standard Notation).

I have one doubt if the user entered input, how my CVP Server will understood and how to capture userinput in call studio element with this combination.

how system will understood first 3 inputs are letters and next 3 inputs are number?

Highly appreciate you for your quick response.

I would suggest that you first filter out the airline code by asking the user as to which airline it is. If you have speech recognition you can easily built the grammar for that. So if it is jet airway, you could get the user input as JET. Next you ask the user to enter the flight number. It will be much easier than asking them to enter alpha numeric code. Even that can be done but the recognition will be better by separating it out.
