Redundancy and fault tolerance in ICM logger

Hi ,
If both my side A and side B Loggers are down , what happens to an active call ? will it get disconnected ? 
And if both side A and Side B Loggers are down will I get an incoming call or it will fail ?

Diptka,
the call will not fail. the only consequence of both logger A and B being down is that no configuration changes can be made to ICM during this time,
plus reporting real time displays will not be available,  and historical reporting information will not be collected and thus lost.
