Hi all,
This is probably not the best place to post this question.
But I know there are a number of people here with extensive knowledge on CVP so I want to give it a go anyway.
We are setting up a new environment with UCCE 8.5 and CVP 8.5.
We also want to enable the "post call survey" capabilities on selected dialed numbers.
In a normal scenario where an agent is available and answers the cal, all seems to work as expected.
But when an agent does not take a call that is ringing at his desk, it starts to get freaky.
The RNA timeout configured on CVP kicks in and takes the call away from the initial agent.
It then rings one time on another agent's extension, and next goes to the post call survey.
According to Router logs, the called party disconnected the call...
It's a bit strange to ask a caller his opinion on the service when he never spoke to an agent ... :-)
So we are looking for people with experience on "post call survey" combined with "router requery".
Any ideas / comments are welcome.

For the record, it seemed we were hitting a new defect in CVP:
CSCtk96808 : Router requery fails with Post Call Survey and RONA
An enginering special is available from Cisco TAC to fix it.
