The attached cisco document says that the third value highlighted in red is the number of callers in the system(including the current call)
when that line is recorded. So, Why is that there are zeros in 3rd and 4th line as it should include the current call. That means each
there shouldn't be any zeros.

Can anybody answer this?

Hi

I am on business travel from 25th Oct 2012. I will rejoin the local office starting 5th Nov 2012.

During the travel duration I will have limited access to mails/phone and as such, my responses might be delayed. Please drop me a message and I will try to respond back to you as soon as possible.

If this is regarding an ongoing Advanced Services project then please reachout to the designated Cisco Project Manager for anything urgent.

Regards,
Deepak Gupta

Hi Guillaume,
The reference manual is wrong about the number starting at 1. The numbers start at 0. So 0 indicates 1 caller in the system. 1 indicates 2 callers in the system. etc.
Same is true for the following column - the sequence number of the applications visited by a caller. 0=first application visited by the caller. 1=second app visited (for example, app transfer or subdialog invoke).
