Janine Graves | *************************** The default Cisco value for interdigittimeout is 10s (10 seconds!) which seems ridiculously long to me. *************************** I suggest you change it in the root document, under Project/Properties/Root Doc (remember to use the 's' at the end of the time unit, otherwise it defaults to milliseconds). *************************** You can always change it temporarily within an element. *************************** There's also another property named 'termtimeout' (which is usually disabled, rightfully so) that is like interdigittimeout, but only kicks in after the MaxDigits is entered and when you are waiting for caller to enter the termchar #. If needed at all, this should be set to something like '5s' within any Digits element that needs it. |
