2 things, first make sure this call is ingressing via an Ingress GW and not internal like from UCM. Second, make sure you are applying Survivability.tcl to that inbound dial peer.

Make sure you are invoking Survivability.tcl on the ingress voice gateway PSTN or VoIP call leg(dial-peer). The VoIP call leg to CVP (CVP or CUSP sip dial-peer) must have "signal forward unconditional" .

Hi Pradeep.   Are you dialing through the gateway or internally? I receive that error exactly when I have dialed internally and don't have survivability on the call.    Let me know if that is true or not...  Thanks, Cindy
