Please DO NOT post license key in any forums.

I've looked up this key and it is was a key issued by Cisco License. You will need to contact Cisco TAC regarding mis-activation of the key. The Licensing team keeps close track of keys issued and I can not go out of process to modify it.

This is a show stopper, I need to activate my licenses today! Please help.

On the Manual Activation page, I was trying to get the LIC for cvp 4 server but I assumed that the CVP4 VXML Server System ID would be the same as the CVP 4 Studio System ID (silly me!).

So, the manual activation page gave me a license key, but when I the license I got wouldn't install correctly.

It turns out that Server generates its OWN system ID, different from (but similar to) Studio's System ID.

But when I went back to the Manual Activation page to try to put in the correct System ID for Server, it tells me "There are no remaining sessions available for this license request."

So, can you PLEASE undo the license request for CS3.6/ Install Key ********** DO NOT POST LICENSE KEY IN PUBLIC FORUM **********

Please do NOT tell me to use Online Activation - I would if I could!

AND YOU REALLY SHOULD FIND AN AUTOMATED WAY OF ALLOWING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO CHECK BACK IN THEIR OWN OLD LICENSES. DOESN"T THIS HAPPEN QUITE OFTEN??????

Aren't you getting a million complaints about how horrible the manual online activation is? Or is it just me?

Thanks, Janine
