Thank you, i found the forum topic and yes, y placed the /PAE to enable the 4GB for Windows 2003 Std and the server seems to be much more estable.

    <summary type="html">This has occurred before on the forum. I think it happens when your 
server isn't up to spec, either not enough memory or cpu and Tomcat goes 
down because of that.  Try searching the forum for this, hopefully 
you'll find it listed there.
