<summary type="html">Talk to your sales rep, I am sure they can get it for you. Besides downloading CVP 8.0 there are many changes that need to be made for courtesy callback to be tested.

Subject: New Message from Bill Westby in Customer Voice Portal (CVP) - New Feature Discussion: RE: Migration to CVP 8.0

Bill Westby has created a new message in the forum "New Feature Discussion":

--------------------------------------------------------------
We are trying to immediately take advantage of courtesy callback. I cannot find CVP 8.0 anywhere on Cisco's download site. I see every other 8.0 (CUCM, UCCE, CUPS) product but CVP stops at 7.0(2). Anyone know where to download this software from so we can try it on our lab before moving to it, othewise I'll try and get a hold of our rep?

Medtronic - Diabetes
UCCE, CVP, CUPS, CUCM, Verint, AMC, etc, etc.
