Talk to your sales rep, I am sure they can get it for you. Besides downloading CVP 8.0 there are many changes that need to be made for courtesy callback to be tested. Is anyone in the process of migration or has already migrated to CVP 8.0. Wanted to use this thread to share their experiences in terms of a. Code migration b. Server setup/Configuration changes etc c. Use of new features like Courtesy callback etc
