Also here is my use case: I want to place a call to Party A and then another call to Party B. Once both calls are active, I should join them together into single call. Same should work even if the users are more than 2. (Party 1, Party 2 ... Party n).

<summary type="html">If you are looking at initiating a call you can look at outbound dialer which can initiate a call and transfer to IVR system. Look at this:

Kandadai Jaya Krishna Nidamarthi has created a new message in the forum "General Discussion - All Versions": -------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Hemal,

Thanks for your prompt response. While I was looking at VXML / CVP documentation you provided in your reply, I see that VXML/CVP comes into picture when only the call is started/ ended etc..
However, I wanted to know how a call can be initialized before reaching the point where what should be done after initializing the call.

Thanks,
Jaya Krishna

<summary type="html">VXML by itself will not support it. You need to use CCXML to effectively achieve that. However since that is not supported by Cisco you could look at some other alternatives like using Cisco meeting API which can be called from Studio and Cisco outbound dialer.
Look at application samples for Cisco outbound under developer website.

Are there any samples related to Peer to Peer calling and Multi-point conferencing which can help us work using VXML?

Thanks,
