    <summary type="html">Dear I have CVP V8 &amp; ICM V8 &amp; CUCM V7.1
 We face calls overlap [ one customer call ring in tow agent at same time , and both agent listen to same call , if any agent disconnect the call from his side other agent and customer directly disconnect ]  this happen one in month , one in week
Is there any one face same issue ? any solution ?
