Our company is pushing everything toward virtualization, and our Audium/Cisco Call Services servers have been targeted for migration. Are there any documented reasons why we wouldn't be able to run the platform on a virtual server? Not supported, licensing issues, etc?

Cisco does not support running CVP or Universal Edition in a virtual environment.

With that said, there should be no technical obstacle preventing you from running Universal Edition in a virtual environment. Licensing may be an issue, but I am not sure.

Please note that Cisco understands the move towards virtualization and there are plans to address this concern.
