OSR inline grammars - missing xml:lang attribute

I was showing how to capture an inline grammar and store it into a file. When I did this with CVP Studio 3.4.1 (which I have) the inline grammar was fine. When students (who have CVP Studio 3.4.5) did the same thing, their inline grammar was missing the xml:lang attribute. Hence when they stored it into a file, and accessed it as an external grammar. OSR complained and we got an error.
Just wondering why it changed from 3.4.1 (where it was correct) to 3.4.5 (where it's not quite correct) - was this an unintentional goof or was it an intentional step - and if so, can you explain?
To recap, when the grammar is built by CVP VXML Server inline and used inline, it's fine. But if that grammar is saved to a file and accessed as an external grammar (which is much more efficient for the OSR Server), it is missing the required xml:lang attribute.
Thanks!

I don't have an account with TAC. Does this mean that you won't be looking into this issue?
