What a cool feature this is! I have ported my 3.x project into 5 and generated all the flows, and this helps immensely!

The only comments I have
1. Where there is a new flow page, can you page break on the heading as the heading is on the other page and the flow on the next page.

2. Be good if you could just add a style to the heading and general txt as it can be changed in any format we like then from there on.

We are glad that you have found this feature useful.

So that we can best describe your needs in an enhancement request, could you please attach a sample document that shows the issues you are seeing for #1 and #2 you listed? If possible, please also attach a document that shows how you would prefer that it to appear instead.
