URGENT - CS 3.6 installation key needed

Hi,

Earlier today I spoke to Vance and found I had another seat available for the Studio 5.1.3. He was right on that count and I'm set with Studio.

BUT - I just tried starting CS 3.6 and it told me that I couldn't. So I went back to try to the website to Activate (manually) and it told me I had used up all the licenses.

Can you PLEASE send me a CS 3.6 installation key before Sunday? Also, I don't know how to get the System ID for Call Services (required by the manual activation step). Also, I need to use the OSB-OSR Gateway adapter, is this included in the license if I just download the gateway adapter?

THANKS for your help, I'm teaching a student from India on Monday and really would like to have this all cleared up before then.

Janine,

Could you give me the Installation key you have for Call Services? I will add more sessions to it, so you could activate.

In order to activate Call Services 3.6, either manually or automatically, and obtain SystemID, please start Call Services go to the following URL:

http://localhost:8080/Audium/Licensing

Janine,

Your key was updated, you have additional 16 sessions, total of 20. You can activate your Call Services installation.

Hi Janine,

Audium software may deactivate itself when you change your system clock, as a failsafe measure to ensure that our licensing system is not being circumvented. Please set your system clock to the actual time and date, and reactivate your installation. As long as your system ID has not changed, you will be able to reactivate using the same seat on your installation key (e.g. it will count as a "reinstall", not a new seat).
