CVP integration with Genesys CTI - Technical queries

I have a technical query in terms of achieving CVP integration with Genesys CTI. As such there is no readily available driver to perform this integration, We wanted to achieve this integration using a custom built IVR XML driver from Genesys CTI side.
 
We have been facing certain challenges in performing this integration and would require any expertise help in answering to couple of technical queries, which would make us move forward towards this integration


I wanted to have confirmation in answering to this below queries:
 
1) can we send the VXML Gateway IP address from the CVP Application to IVR XML Driver(Custom Driver from Genesys app side) ....is it achievable, if so, pls let me know in a brief note ?
2) Can we send the VXML Gateway port # (on which the calls land) to IVR XML Driver and please confirm if this is a fixed port # defined or these are dynamic numbers.

I am having the same difficulty for integrating with the Genesys CTI server where I need to integrate with C DLL library which communicate with i-Server and T-server of Genesys. So we had created a JNI DLL and load in the action java class, but it seems the DLL not getting loaded.
 
So do you have any idea to help me in this regards, it will be a great help if you had achieved and provide me some guidence or sample application you have.
