HI
We are using CVP in UCCE environment with comprehensive call model. We use TTS functionality with nuance tTS (Realspeak 4.0).
What I have observed in test calls in my lab that All the texts are not rendered as speech. The intial words are skipped and few words in the end is wrapped quickly.
 
Any Idea how to fix this ?

What is the text you are playing back?  Not 100% sure but it could be the syntax of the text throwing off the tts engine, might have to use some tags to get it to play right.
 
  Is the element configured for barge or no-barge?  If configured for barge the gateway will just keep going once the file starts playing and often it's too late, although I realize you are using tts here.

I have barge in set for the audio element. Text is simple welcome message " Welcome to .... and our menu options ....." (long text).

This is solved by modifying the gateway configuration on CUCM. Unchecked MTP Required field and everything is working fine.
