Can anyone confirm if I have wave file names as X.Y.Z.A.C.B.wav, will this naming convention create any problem/runtime errors when using dynamic configuration for audio/form/digits elements.

Thanks in Advance...

Hello,

I used wave file names 1.2.3.4.5.6.wav and it worked. There should be no difference when using dynamic configuration. It should work as well.

Cisco installs lower case file names a.wav, b.wav, c.wav, and so on.
Turns out that IIS is case sensitive.
So, you'd do best to rename these to lower case if you want to use
Cisco's default audio files that come with the CVP installation.
