Hi,

We have a requirement to send selected agent's ID andcaller data  from CVP to a third party system embedded in a URL.Here is how the callflow will look like
 
1.IVR will collect user id and return call to ICM after validation
2. ICM will queue call
 Now we need to send user id and selected agents id on a particular URL. Its fairly simple to send user id because it is collected in IVR but the issue is with Agent ID, agent id is visible  only after call is placed in queue in ICM.  Please help!!
