voicexml insert element always get "error.badfetch.http.406"

Hi,
 
I try to use external vxml file with voicexml insert element, but always getting "error.badfetch.http.406" error message. I have checked and added related MIME types in HTTP header. Is there any other thing need to be done in order to make voicexml insert work?

I never use Vxml Insert - as it has lots of requirements.

I always use Subdialog_Invoke. It accomplishes the same thing (invoking a vxml subdialog from the same or a different server, passing it data, receiving data back when it is completed) and has less problems. It's very easy to use.

I recently (about a month ago) posted information on how to use it, along with a simple vxml page to test it on. You should do a google search for it.

Also, a sample of how to do the Vxml Insert was recently posted by someone else on this forum. Again, just search for it.
